Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy At Keenan Salon, we kindly request that any changes to hair appointments—including rescheduling—be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will require a non-refundable deposit to secure a new time. The deposit will be applied to your rescheduled service but will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled again. • Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service time.
